Tuscany Painting Co LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers financing options for eligible customers through PayPal, a third-party provider. All financing decisions, payment terms, and credit approvals are managed solely by PayPal. By choosing to finance your purchase or project through PayPal, you agree to their terms and conditions.
1. Third-Party Financing Provider
We are not a lender and do not make credit decisions. All financing options are provided by PayPal and are subject to approval based on their independent review. We do not receive access to your personal financial information or credit history.

2. How It Works
You will be redirected to PayPal during checkout to choose financing if eligible.
• PayPal will present the available financing offers (e.g., Pay in 4, Pay Monthly, or PayPal Credit).
• If approved, your financing agreement is solely with PayPal, not Tuscany Painting Co LLC.
• We will receive payment directly from PayPal, and your repayment obligation will be to PayPal.
3. Your Responsibilities
By choosing PayPal financing, you acknowledge and agree that:
• You have reviewed and accepted PayPal’s financing terms.
• You are responsible for all payments due to PayPal, regardless of any service disputes.
• Late fees, interest, and penalties are governed by your agreement with PayPal.
4. Refunds and Disputes
Any refunds for services canceled or disputed will be issued according to our standard refund policy. Once refunded by us, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your PayPal account, based on their policies.
5. No Obligation to Finance
Use of PayPal financing is entirely optional. Tuscany Painting Co LLC does not condition services or pricing on a customer’s ability to obtain financing.
